ANNIVERSARY - 30 YEARS OF INFORMING

 

The in-house informing has been going on at Brodomerkur for 30 years since ''The Weekly News'' had been published. The position of informing has changed from the Department of Organ of Self-management and Informing, over the Department of Advertising and Informing to the independent function within the Department of Public Relations. Depending on the time and affinity of the managing persons ,the news was more or less direct in communication with employees. The in-house informing (nowadays including the Intranet too) has been lately treated in the Public Relations as the most important form of communicating, since the employees are the best test and the 1st reflection for all other '' external'' forms of public. The employees of a company are ,namely, the best buyers and the respectable persuaders – sellers as well. That message is ,namely, the most truthful recommendation for the company reputation. This should not be forgotten in the crisis.
