RETIREMENT - A LETTER TO REMEMBER
Leaving the company, specially when retiring ,is not easy, but it is even harder to make a decision. Because we bid farewell to the number of years of coming and leaving work, to the good and bad memories, to the people …and to ourselves, since one section of life is closing.
Therefore we publish one of the letters with a bit of melancholy ………
Meri Martičić : EACH FACE WILL LEAVE A REFLECTION IN MY EYE
'' It is only recently, when business partners have called me in disbelief ,looking for a confirmation of the information I had sent them, that I have become aware of my new beiginning. Nothing has been promised to me and I have no guarantee from the world that surrounds me. A today change can bring a dramatically different tomorrow, but I know that I will not have a better life if I am not able to imagine it and if I don't allow it to myself to have it. Bad things are not the worst
things that can happen to me in this new life stage. NOTHING is the worst thing that can happen to me…. The path I
traveled with you and with many of our collegues during the last years was the path that taught and enriched me in many ways ,therefore I would like to thank you most sincerely for that. When I leave this building on Friday , each room will give its word to me, each face will leave a reflection in my eye; what I keep in my heart ,will be the truth .''
