Brodomerkur's Assembly,held on May 29 in Zadar,decided to allocate the profit after tax amounting to HRK 3.5 Million to reserves.Total revenues amount to HRK 1.86 Billion which is by 6 % bigger than the year before.

The majority shareholder of Brodomerkur is the company MEPAS with a 92.4% portfolio of shares.

Assemblies of all companies within the MEPAS Group ,i.e.MARASKA as host,Brodomerkur, Saponia from Osijek and Koestlin from Bjelovar, were held on the same day..
