Brodomerkur's Assembly,held on May 28 in Zadar,decided to allocate the profit after tax amounting to HRK 2.8 Million to reserves.,The trade company from Split realized 78 %o of the 2008 profit in 2009.

Total revenues amount to HRK 1.28 Billion which is by 31%  less  than the year before.

The majority owner of Brodomerkur is the company MEPAS with a 92.4% portfolio of shares.

Assemblies of all companies within the MEPAS Group ,i.e.MARASKA as host,Brodomerkur, Saponia from Osijek and Koestlin from Bjelovar, were held on the same day..
